December is one of the months in which more complicated is
not gaining weight , both because of social commitments as a high-calorie foods
that are typical of Christmas, such as candies, shortbread, etc.. Slowly, and

to avoid as much as possible. To provide, better opt for cider or champagne
brut, which have less sugar than other alcoholic beverages.
It also increases the amount of exercise you do each day.
That way, you will burn the extra calories that can accumulate throughout the
month and you'll stay in shape.
