Natural treatments for dry hair

Dry hair is not always easy to handle, because it becomes brittle, easily curling, and the ends are opened more frequently than other types of hair. Dry hair can be due to natural causes, by insufficient production of fat scalp or dyes, wicks and other chemical treatments that end up drying up the hair.

To restore the shine and healthy look we can apply a number of natural treatments that also allow us to more easily comb:

Mayonnaise and olive oil

After washing your hair as you would normally do, apply one tablespoon of mayonnaise, better if well home and spread it throughout the hair. Then wrap the hair in a plastic wrap and let sit for twenty minutes or half an hour, to finish washing your back and clearing well, removing any remaining mayonnaise. If your hair is very dry, you can add a teaspoon of mayonnaise, olive oil, mix well and do the same procedure.

You can also use only olive oil (or almond, if you prefer). In this case you should warm three tablespoons of olive oil, taking care not to burn and then apply for twenty minutes, also covering with plastic wrap and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

Avocado

To make this treatment you peel a ripe avocado, remove the pit and mash the pulp. Then add a teaspoon of wheat germ oil and a teaspoon of oil until creamy hump. Then wash your hair with shampoo and apply the mixture massages the hair from root to tip. Cover hair with a plastic wrap and let stand for fifteen minutes the mixture. Clear your hair with water.
