- Moisturizer for Oily Skin: To prepare you need a quarter teaspoon of lemon juice, a Kiwi and an egg white. Beat lightly egg white and add the juice of fruits. Wash your face to remove impurities, dry it and apply the mixture on the face, leaving it on for 8 to 10 minutes. Then clear you’re with water.

Juices and smoothies for weight loss

- Kiwi with Orange: To prepare you need a cup of orange juice and two chopped kiwis, peeled. Blend both ingredients, strain the resulting juice and drink it immediately after brewing. It's best to have a glass after dinner, which will facilitate the process of thinning.

- Smoothie with melon: need a kiwi, a large slice of melon, a tablespoon of flaxseed or flaxseed and half a glass of water.
