Regain your hair after the holidays

At Christmas we have seen a host of celebrations, and is common to want to change the look of each other, straightening or curling our hair, going to the salon more often than usual or even dyeing and making wicks, permanent or treatments can be aggressive in our hair, especially if you have thin or brittle.

Now that you have finished, nothing better to apply on the hair a number of remedial masks nourish and moisturize it, returning full force and brightness.

Repairs in depth

To do this, nothing better than mask of sweet almond oil, which is particularly suitable for those with dry hair or split ends, as it prevents open. To apply it, we have a little hand, warming it a bit between them and spreading it on the hair, especially the ends, which will handle carefully... Once you've spread well throughout hair, comb it gently to facilitate absorption of the product and we will cover the hair with plastic wrap, and leave to work at least one hour. After that time, we will wash our hair with regular shampoo, making sure that we have removed all the oil from the hair.

If your hair is much damaged you can apply the same treatment using avocado oil (avocado) instead of almonds.

A softer hair

If your hair has been very rough, you can apply a mask of thyme, for which you need an egg yolk, half a teaspoon of olive oil, three tablespoons thyme leaves and 50 ml of water. Prepare an infusion of thyme, letting it boil for ten minutes, when it is warm, add the egg olive oil. Apply it on freshly washed, damp hair and leave on for ten minutes, then clearing with warm water to clean the hair thoroughly.
