During the winter, our hair is subject to many external
aggression, the cold, the rain, the dryer that we use almost constantly causing
dryness or heaters, to which we must add other factors such as pollution or

This may end up weakening our hair, making it thin and crisp
and even crash the same. To combat these attacks, it is best to apply a number
of natural treatments that help us strengthen it.
Evening primrose oil
This oil contains a lot of omega-3 fatty acids that help
reduce irritation that may have occurred to the scalp, while stimulating blood
circulation, allowing better oxygenation and strengthening the hair follicle
and hair. To use it you can perform a scalp massage with this oil or, if you
prefer, take capsules containing it to get the same benefits.
Honey Mask
To prepare it you need a tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon
of mayonnaise, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, one tablespoon of brandy and an
egg yolk. Mix all ingredients until a smooth paste and apply on the hair before
washing. Well, until all your hair is covered by it. Wrap the hair in a plastic
wrap and let stand for half an hour the mixture. Finally, wash your hair with
products that you use regularly.
Olive oil
Prepare a mask using an egg, a tablespoon of olive oil and
two tablespoons of honey. To do this, the egg and beat well then add the oil
and honey, until all ingredients are perfectly integrated. Apply the mask on
her scalp and, as in the previous case, cover with a transparent film for half
an hour. Now you just have to wash your hair using a mild shampoo.
