Natural remedies for itching

The itchy skin can be due to various causes, from something harmless like the touch of a clothing label, to skin problems such as dermatitis, fungi, and even cancer.

When the itching is harmless for any cause, this usually goes away by scratching. Keep the area clean and dry well, if the itching is in a fold of the skin such as the armpits, groin or buttocks, dry the area well with a fan to prevent moisture trigger itching.

If dermatitis: You should base your diet on raw foods and avoid refined and scrap. Wash the skin with chamomile and clay applied twice a week. If you have inflamed skin or red papaya mask applied to reduce inflammation and prevent itching.

If ulcers: Apply aloe or aloe cataplasms on clean skin and wash with salt water to heal.

Urticaria: Avoid clothes with synthetic fibers, cotton garments prefer your clothes and wash with mild detergents.

Measles and chickenpox: Use green bean powder or clay.

Insect bites: use crushed garlic on the affected area and left there until it passes the itching area.


Dandruff: wash your scalp well with rubbing alcohol and a mixture of white vinegar. Scrub well and rinse everywhere.
