Although weight loss in a healthy way is necessary to follow
a balanced hypo caloric diet and gradually lose, there are times when we just
want to take two or three kilos to get that evening dress that we like or look
absolutely perfect day our wedding.
In these cases, we can follow a fast diet that will allow us
to lose them in a few days, always keeping in mind that we should not make it
more than a week to prevent nutritional deficiencies or the dreaded rebound effect.
